8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Customers must contact support and obtain return instructions before sending a product back. Applicable eligibility requirements and return or exchange charges will be communicated in accordance with the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For an approved refund, we will initiate processing within 7 days of refund approval, subject to the published policy. The time taken for the funds to appear in a customer's account may depend on the bank or payment provider.
Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
